Jinger entered the real estate world when she worked at her mother’s mortgage brokerage over 20 years ago. Coming from that background, Jinger brings an intimate knowledge of real estate financing to her client’s toolbox. She finds empowering clients with a greater understanding of mortgages and lending very rewarding, since this is knowledge that every home buyer needs for almost every real estate transaction, present and future.

As a mother of three, who homeschooled her youngest daughter, Jinger enjoys shepherding clients through the home buying process, being a trusted advisor along the way. She uses her experience to smooth the inevitable bumps in the road. Need a local home inspector? She’s got a list. Need to know what the tax assessment is for a property? No problem. What about recommendations for restaurants near your new home? Not to worry.

It is being part of the local community; living, working and raising children here, that not only provides Jinger with local connections and area insights, but also allows her to welcome her homebuyers as new neighbors. She knows that transitioning to a new community can be a little overwhelming, having lived across the country from Pennsylvania, to New York City, to California, to Hawai’i and, finally, to Laguna Vista. This fact gives Jinger a wide perspective and appreciation of the different needs and wants of clients in their new homes, and helps her to relate on that neighborly level.
